Quotation and payment
- Availability is not guaranteed until Annie confirms the schedule.
- A prepayment is required to secure the artist and appointment time.
- Travel fees may apply depending on the exact distance from central Hoi An or Da Nang.
- International payment costs and PayPal-related fees are paid by the customer when applicable.
- Prices for future years may differ from current-year website prices.
Cancellation and refund policy
- The prepaid amount is refundable when cancellation is made at least 7 days before the service date.
- All bank-transfer, intermediary and currency-conversion charges are deducted.
- Refund amount = prepaid amount − total banking and conversion charges.
- Refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days.
- No refund is provided for cancellation within 7 days or for a no-show.

Frequently asked questions
Does sending the form confirm my booking?
No. The form begins the request. Annie must first confirm availability, timing, location and the final quotation. The appointment is secured after the required prepayment is received.
How early should I book?
For weddings, groups and peak travel periods, booking as early as possible is recommended. Short-notice requests can still be checked, but availability may be limited.
Do you travel to hotels and resorts?
Yes. Annie provides on-site service at hotels, resorts, villas and private venues in Hoi An and Da Nang. A travel fee may apply depending on the exact location.
What does “ready time” mean?
Ready time is the time when your makeup and hairstyling must be completely finished—not the time the appointment begins. Annie uses it to calculate the correct arrival time.
Can I book for several people?
Yes. Please send the number of guests, selected services and the final ready time. Annie will confirm whether additional artists or a longer preparation schedule are needed.
Can I send reference images?
Yes. After opening WhatsApp, you can send makeup, hair, outfit and photography references directly in the conversation.
