Each booking includes travel, setup and dedicated styling time. Requests made 24–72 hours in advance may be possible, but early booking is recommended for popular dates, multiple guests and appointments with a fixed ceremony schedule.

11 · Transparent terms
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation at least seven days before
Prepaid amounts are refundable when cancellation is made at least seven days before the appointment. All bank charges, transfer fees, intermediary charges and currency-conversion fees are deducted. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Cancellation within seven days
Cancellations made less than seven days before the appointment and no-shows are non-refundable because the date, travel time and service capacity have already been reserved.
