Prepaid amounts are refundable when cancellation is made at least seven days before the appointment. All bank charges, currency-conversion fees, transfer fees and intermediary charges are deducted. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Cancellations made within seven days of the appointment and no-shows are non-refundable because the date, travel time and service capacity have already been reserved.
