Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the service date.
  • In case of cancellation, the guest is fully responsible for all banking fees.
  • Refunded amount = Total Deposit – (Bank Fees + Currency Exchange Fees).
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 7 days or in case of no-shows.
